Diaphragm Pump Life Counter
Our Diaphragm Pump Life Counter (TPUK-LC) is a plug-and-play solution designed for Diaphragm Pumps. This dedicated accessory serves as a maintenance tool, designed to monitor and record the pump’s workload, facilitating effective maintenance routines by tracking the pump’s performance over time. The Diaphragm Pump Life Counter monitors the exhaust of your Diaphragm Pump, recording pump strokes using a lithium-powered counter. With a simple reset key provided, the stroke count can be easily reset to zero. Connected to the pump’s exhaust, the TPUK-LC displays the stroke count on its internal LCD display.

Options & Variations
TPUK-LM (Manual Start):
The system controls an AODD Pump that begins pumping when the system is manually started, and automatically stops when the liquid surface is detected at the dip tube. The system can be configured in either filling or emptying modes
TPUK-LA (Automatic Start):
Modified version of the TPUK-LM. The system automatically starts and stops the pump. The system can be configured in either filling or emptying mode
