TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Our EHEDG Centrifugal Pump is designed for precision in food processing, pharmaceutical production as well as other Sanitary applications. Engineered with compliance to EHEDG standards, all liquid contact parts are made from cast Stainless Steel AISI 316L or AISI 316L Mo+Ni, with an option for Hastelloy C22 for enhanced corrosion resistance. This pump ensures optimal sanitary operation with a surface roughness of Ra > 0.8 as standard or 0.5 on request. Featuring either open or star impellers dry-mounted to the shaft through O-rings, the pump ensures superior cleaning of the shaft seal and chamber. Furthermore, minimal clearances between the impeller and back casing ensure high efficiencies and pressures while handling solids up to 10mm in diameter.

Typical applications for our EHEDG Centrifugal Pump:

  • Dairy products
  • Beverages
  • Food liquids, including oils, fats and sauces
  • Chocolate and sweets
  • Sugars and syrups
  • CIP & SIP, including sodium hydroxide and nitric acid
