Industrial Self Priming Centrifugal Pump
Our Industrial Self Priming Centrifugal Pump is a versatile solution for fluid handling in demanding Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical and Pharmaceutical industries. Engineered from Stainless Steel AISI 316L for enhanced chemical resistance and mechanical strength, this pump, which can handle solids up to 6mm, is ideal for fluids such as waters, mild chemicals, solvents and partially solids-laden fluids. With the flexibility of an optional ATEX rating, the Industrial Self Priming Centrifugal Pump is especially well-suited for applications requiring a suction lift or for pumping highly aerated fluids.

Options & Variations
Hygienic Shroud:
The Hygienic motor shroud in polished AISI 304L protects the motor from spraying water during the pump cleaning procedure
Buffer Fluid System:
A great option when the product tends to solidify or crystalise. An oil reservoir is connected to the mechanical seal chamber
Quench:
Similar to the lubricated seal option and is recommended when there is a potential risk of dry running, or where the product ends to solidify and crystalise when in contact with air
Seals:
- Standard Single Mechanical Seals are provided with a range of face materials, Ceramic/Graphite/SiC and O-Rings are available in EPDM/FKM/FFKM or FEP or alternatively, the seal can be provided with an OP-Ring (Square O-Ring). This increases the friction between the O-Ring and the back casing and therefore lowers the chances of the static parts of the seal from sticking together
- Lubricated & Externally Quenched Mechanical Seals can also be provided upon request and are ideally used when there is the potential for dry running or where there is a chance for the product to solidify or crystalise. An oil pot is connected to the seal chamber and continually lubricates the seal during operation. SAE Grade 20 oil is recommended however you must use a fluid compatible with the pumped medium and materials within the pump.
