Our EHEDG Self Priming Centrifugal Pump delivers superior hygienic capabilities for the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Food industries. EHEDG-rated and self-priming up to 6m, this pump excels in challenging environments. Available in 4 set sizes with capacity range up to 300m³/hr (9 Bar in 50 Hz) and 350m³/hr (13 Bar in 60 Hz), this pump delivers optimal performance. Furthermore, all liquid contact parts are manufactured from cast Stainless Steel AISI 316L or AISI 316L Mo+Ni, with Hastelloy C22 available on request.

Ideal for pumping liquids with entrained air or gas
Maintains a surface roughness of Ra > 0.8 as standard, 0.5 on request
Fitted with open or star impellers, dry-mounted to the shaft using O-rings for optimal cleaning of the shaft seal and chamber
Equipped with pressure relief holes for thorough cleaning and O-rings to minimise liquid contact with the shaft while cleaning the contact faces
Minimal clearances between the impeller and back casing ensure high efficiencies and pressures
Solids-handling ability up to 10mm
Available in close-coupled designs (KAM, KAV, KAC) with B3 or B5 motors, or pneumatic, diesel-driven or hydraulic motors in IG and IGH forms
Various Mechanical Seal and O-ring options, drain connections and heating jackets available on request
