Peristaltic Pump Pulsation Dampener
Our Peristaltic Pump Pulsation Dampener is a specialised solution designed to seamlessly integrate with our Peristaltic Pump range. Manufactured with a Stainless Steel pressure housing and a reinforced rubber hose, this dampener significantly reduces vibrations, hammering and pulsations within your piping system by up to 80%, ensuring a more consistent linear flow. The pulsations that are commonly associated with Peristaltic Pumps are as a result of the shoes releasing those hose after compression on the discharge side, causing pressure drops along the discharge line and unwanted vibrations and hammering. This Pulsation Dampener minimises these pulsations. Notably, our Pulsation Dampener can be used with various other pump types and is available in both horizontal and vertical installations.
