Our Hopper Pump is a specialised solution designed to handle substances with high viscosities and significant solids content, surpassing the capabilities of standard Progressive Cavity Pumps in processing challenging liquids. Featuring Auger Feed Screws, this EHEDG-certified Hopper Pump efficiently handles industrial and food-grade liquids. With options including close-coupled or bearing housing supported variations, this pump delivers increased versatility. Additionally, the standard rectangular shape of the hoppers is customisable to suit your specific installation requirements.

Options & Variations

DHS Model: features a rectangular hopper and oversized auger for highly viscous materials with up to 28% solids concentration that do not bridge
DHP Model: has a wide throat hopper with a bridge breaker shaft and auger, suitable for materials that tend to bridge or have solids, like fruits and doughs
DHB Model: has a wide throat hopper with a double bridge breaker shaft and enlarged auger, suitable for highly viscous materials with up to 35% solids concentration that have a tendency to bridge
DHSB Model: similar to the DHS Model, this model is fitted with a special “B” Module for non-flowing materials with solids concentrations up to 40%, beneficial for products that tend to plasticise
DHS-T Model: similar to the DHS Model, also featuring the special “B” Module
DHE Model: compact design, trolley mounted and designed for use in the wine industry, suitable for pumping crushed grapes with or without stems. Safety features and level probes can be added to protect against dry-running
